Decrapify Service Terms & Conditions

By purchasing Decrapify, you agree to these service-specific terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.
1. The "No-Crap" Guarantee & Payment Hold
To ensure I only take your money if I can actually help, we use a 72-hour authorisation hold:
- The Hold: When you check out, your payment is authorised but not immediately captured.
- The Review: I will review your submitted Google Doc. If I believe I can materially improve your work, I will "Accept" the project and your payment will be captured.
- The Rejection: If your copy is already "perfect" (unlikely, but possible) or if the brief is outside my expertise, I will decline the project. Your hold will be released, and you will not be charged.
2. Pricing Tiers & Word Counts
You are responsible for selecting the tier that matches your total word count.
- Micro ($250): Up to 500 words (e.g., 1–2 LinkedIn posts or short emails).
- Standard ($450): 500–1,500 words (e.g., 1 Landing Page, Sales Letter, or Homepage).
- Heavy ($750): 1,500–3,500 words (e.g., Whitepaper, 5-Email Sequence, or Sales Campaign).
The "Don’t Sneak It In" Rule: If your submitted document exceeds the word count of your purchased tier, I will pause work and send an upgrade invoice. Work will not commence until the correct tier is paid.
3. Delivery & Format
Once your project is accepted (payment captured), I will deliver the following within 5 business days:
- The Ruthless Edit: A sharpened version of your copy via Google Doc.
- The "Why" Annotations: Comments within the doc explaining the logic.
- The Live Takedown: A screen-recorded video (Loom or similar) of my process.
- The Keep/Kill/Rewrite List: A custom summary of rules for your future writing.
4. No Refunds & Finality
Because this is a bespoke professional service involving my immediate "brain-time," all sales are final once the work is accepted.
- There are no refunds if you "don't like" the edits or if the feedback is "too blunt." You are paying for a professional opinion, not a compliment.
- Decrapify is a "one-and-done" service. It does not include rounds of revisions or follow-up calls unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Access: You must provide a link to a Google Doc with "Editor" permissions at checkout.
- Context: You must provide basic context (who is this for? what is the goal?). If you provide zero context, I will edit based on my best professional judgment.
6. Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain all rights to your original and edited copy.
- My Insights: The "Why" annotations, the walkthrough video, and the Keep/Kill/Rewrite list are for your internal use only. You may not resell, republish, or use these materials to train your own AI models or commercial products without written permission.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
