Smarter marketing decisions. WAY better copy. No more cringe.
LinkedIn / Email Cass Aggressively unoptimised.
One to One
Connecting your booking…
Step 1 of 3
Pick everything that’s contributing to the current WTF.
Pick at least one.
We might touch on a few things, but what should we prioritise during the call?
Choose the main event.
What’s keeping you up at night?
I don’t need your elevator pitch (unless you wanna share it), just plain English is fine.
Who’s your target audience or ideal customer? What do they care about? What are they trying to get done (and how do you help them do it)?
Please don’t write “for having first-class customer service” or something equally lame, unless you have a good reason for why it’s actually unique.
What are they missing that you want them to see? Your answer may or may not connect with your above answer.
Who do you lose customers to? Who’s the main player in your industry? Or what other options are out there even if they’re not a direct competitor? (e.g. maybe they do it themselves)
A sales page, homepage, email, brochure, ad, script, or whatever else is on the chopping block.
Who are they, what do they care about, and what do they already know before they land on this thing?
What should someone think, understand, believe, or do after reading it?
Give me the quick version of the offer, product, service, event, campaign, or idea behind the copy.
Messages, claims, proof, details, links, stakeholder demands, legal caveats, or a particular phrase someone is a little too attached to.
What is it, what does it cost, and what do they get?
Who is it for, what do they care about, and what are they trying to get done?
What makes this worth choosing, what might make them hesitate, and what else could they do instead?
The positioning, price, package, message, timing, plan—or the whole bloody thing.
When does it need to be live, sold, launched, delivered, or out of your head?
Give me the messy version. We can sort it out from there.
People, products, pages, decisions, deadlines—whatever matters.
What’s going wrong, going nowhere, or making your brain do the loading-wheel thing?
What decision, direction, plan, or answer would make this call useful?
Approved ideas, non-negotiables, budget, platform, stakeholders, legal stuff, or anything else we need to work around.
Launch dates, publishing dates, word counts, approval chains, tech limitations, budgets—the fun stuff.
Paste links to any drafts, briefs, notes, voice memos, research, rough plans or anything else that’ll help me understand the problem. Make sure I have permission to open them.
If you’re wondering whether it’s relevant, chuck it in.
Click “Send the deets” below and your answers will be sent through so I can have a read before our call. I’ll follow up if I need to clarify anything.
Any issues with the form, or if you need to shoot through anything else, send it to sup@casswhitaker.com.
