BECOME EASYTO CHOOSE.
You’re bloody great at what you do—but you ain’t no copywriter.
Luckily for you, I know a good one (hint: it’s me). I turn your experience, expertise and point of view into words that make your buyers sit up straight and pay attention.
Follow the steps in the form to get a price estimate, and we’ll take it from there.
You’re busy running your biz, so copy’s one of those tasks that gets shoved into the later pile, whipped up between meetings, or outsourced to AI bots that confidently say diddly squat. And it’s making you absolutely CRINGE.
YOUR BIZ DESERVES BETTER.
Hand the words to someone who does this for a living.
I’LL MAKE YOUSOUND LEGIT.
Not boring or that weird facsimile of “edgy” AI does when it’s trying too hard. Not like me, either. Legit. As in: clear, credible, specific, and unmistakably YOU.
- PersonalityYour experience, opinions, stories, standards, weird references, and little turns of phrase. Stuff you’d probably say on a call but keep deleting because it’s not “professional”.
- PositioningWhy you? Why not someone else? This is the bit that makes it stupid-easy for buyers to actually understand what you do, who it’s for, and why it matters.
- PersuasionNot with fake urgency or other bullshit tactics. With a proper argument—and the right psychological triggers that help people remember you, trust you, and choose you.
THREE SIMPLESTEPS.
- 01
Get a quote
Click one of the buttons on this page to open the form and follow the steps. The calculator at the end will give you a rough quote on the spot. From there, it’ll ask if you want to proceed with the quote—I won’t hit you up if you don’t hit proceed.
- 02
Approve the scope
If you DO hit proceed, I’ll review your details, get in touch to clarify anything and then prepare a scope with finalised pricing. Once you approve the scope, I’ll send the invoice.
- 03
I start writing
Once the invoice is paid, I get down to business and start writing. Depending on what’s in your approved scope, additional steps such as interviews or research may be included—I’ll let you know what happens first and when.
NO STICKER SHOCK’ROUND HERE.
When you start the form, the calculator works out an actual estimate based on what you select, and if you proceed, we’ll finalise the scope together. No invoice ’til the scope’s locked and loaded.
Prices in USD and exclude relevant tax. Calculator offers USD and AUD pricing.
GET A QUOTEDEAR CASS,
*Insert derivative of overused “don’t just take my word for it” phrase.* (What? That was super meta and clever, wasn’t it?)
Cass came recommended, and she’s been a bloody legend! She got the brief straight away and helped us nail a tone of voice that feels genuinely us — clear, distinctive, and instantly recognisable with the perfect balance of personality and professionalism. Her writing is sharp and strategic, but still warm and easy to read, and she has a real knack for finding the right words quickly (and giving us a laugh along the way). Since working with Cass, our EDMs feel more consistent, more on brand, and far more enjoyable to read, and the results speak for themselves, with fantastic read-through rates and increasing engagement. Cass works fast, brings a fresh perspective, and never delivers anything cliché, just content that fits our market and our brand perfectly.
My feel-good wall of text
Cass's energy is contagious, her character shines through every word, and her copywriting skills? Next level. She has this rare gift of turning thoughts into sentences that not only make sense, but make you feel something. Honestly, I often find myself wishing I could write like that.
Cass' understanding of the wider marketing landscape mean her insights are always well-informed, grounded in data, but blended with creativity. A-Grade Marketer!
You've been reading my mind, right?
Sometimes I forget that you're this amazing writer. And then I read your stuff and it's like "oh yeah, she's fucking good at this."
2 months ago I worked with Cass Whitaker in my LinkedIn Reputation Bootcamp. I'm convinced she's superwoman. In the 90 days since the Bootcamp started, she's had posts with 24k impressions and hundreds of engagements. Just awesome. Oh and the reason she's superwoman? She's being a mum to her young daughter ALL at the same time as growing her writing business. Honoured to work with people like Cass.
Twenty years in marketing and even marketing directors I've come across did not grasp the concepts and essentials of marketing like Cass Whitaker.
I’ve been in this industry a long time, and I’m totally impressed with Cass Whitaker. Her copy is infused with a unique, entertaining, and 'sassy' personality that makes it impossible not to read. She’s also a whip-smart marketer. I love her website and copy so much, I signed up for her emails. They’re always good for a laugh… and a great lesson!
GIVE THIS GAL A MEDAL!☝️
Love this! It's a masterclass in how branding really works. The shift from chasing clicks to building memory is subtle but powerful and made me think about how I think about my content too. It’s not about going viral; it’s about being recalled at the right moment. One impression at a time.
I cannot recommend Cass enough to anyone. As someone who works in marketing, I come across tons of content every day, but what Cass writes always gets me glued to a screen. Her skill in storytelling and writing and honesty are unparalleled!
ASKAWAY.
Will it actually sound like me, or like you?
You. The world does not need more trashmouth bogans out there lol. My job is to make you sound like the clearest, sharpest, most legit version of yourself. I’ll use your brief, existing copy, notes, calls, customer testimonials and whatever other useful bits we’ve got to work out how you naturally explain things when you’re not trying to sound “professional”.
How long until I get it back?
How long is a piece of string?
I mean, you must’ve known that’d be the answer, right?
Once I’ve reviewed your quote form and finalised the scope, I’ll give you a timeline before you pay. If the project needs interviews, extra research, strategy work, or multiple rounds of review, that’ll be factored in.
Why do I pay before you’ve written anything?
Because once I book your project, I’m setting aside time, brain space, and the part of my personality that becomes mildly obsessed with your offer. Payment locks that in. You’ll know the scope, price, deliverables and timeline before you pay, so it’s not a mystery box.
What if I read and it’s just... not right?
Then we work out why. “Not right” can mean the tone is off, the argument needs tightening, the offer isn’t clear enough, or there’s context I didn’t have yet. The provision for revisions is dependent on what we agree on in your scope, but generally you don’t get one draft yeeted at you with just a “good luck, champ”.
I don’t really know what I want yet. Is that a problem?
You’re welcome to go through the quote calculator and see if it helps you figure it out... otherwise I’d suggest starting with a 121 consultation first.
What counts as one page, one email, blog or post?
We’ll verify this in the scope, but as a rough guide:
- One website page = one distinct page, like a homepage, service page, About page or case study page etc.
- One email = one complete email, not a choose-your-own-adventure with 19 variations.
- One blog/newsletter = one standalone article.
- One LinkedIn post = one text post. No infographics included. Hire a designer.
Do you write from scratch, or edit what I already have?
Both. If you’ve got a rough draft or some existing cringe copy, I can work with that. If you’ve got nothing but a vague sense of “this needs to exist and I hate writing”, I can work with that too.
Either way, I’ll still need the raw material: your offer, audience, goals, existing brand voice, customer insights, and any useful context hiding in your head.
I’m good, but I’m not THAT good.
What do you need from me?
Enough to make the copy good.
Usually that means a proper brief, existing copy or brand materials if you have them, notes on the offer, audience, goals, examples you like or hate, and access to useful customer language, testimonials, reviews, sales calls, research, or whatever else helps me understand what buyers actually care about.
If interviews or deeper research are needed, I’ll include that in the scope.
Basically: the better the input, the better the copy.
Can I use AI first and get you to fix it?
Ugh, I mean... you can. But if you come back to me with “My AI suggested X”, when I share my copy with you, I’ll literally cancel your project.
AI can help in some situations, but I find it generally stifles creativity. It gives you something that sounds kinda clever... until you actually spend a few minutes trying to decipher it and realise it’s said literally nothing.
If you’ve got some AI-generated copy, send it through. I’ll decide whether it’s useful raw material or if it needs to get in the bin.
Do you work with designers and/or developers?
Yep. If someone else is building the page, designing the layout, uploading the copy, or generally touching the thing, I’m happy to work alongside them. Just make sure we’re clear on who’s doing what before we start, so your website doesn’t become a group project from hell.
And yes, I have preferred partners if you need recommendations.
Do you do rush jobs?
Sometimes.
But it depends on my availability, the scope, and whether the deadline is genuinely realistic or just a consequence of someone ignoring the problem for three months.
Rush fees may apply.
READY, SET,QUOTE.
Open the form, pick what you need, and you’ll get a rough quote on the spot. If you wanna go ahead, send it through. I’ll review the details, lock the scope, and only send the invoice once we’re both on the same page.
GET A QUOTEIf you don’t like the quote, don’t hit proceed—I won’t chase you. I have a life, sort of lol.
